CohuHD: AI NVR Video Export

Issue:

A customer/integrator need to export video from the AI NVR.

Resolution:

1. Right-click Internet Explorer and run as administrator.
2. Login to the AI NVR with your credentials.
3. Click the Playback icon.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on a channel on the left to populate the view.
5. Drag the timeline to the event you want to export.
6. Click the Backup icon above the timeline. The scissor icon will turn blue.
   
   
   
   
7. Click and drag the timeline to the end of the event. It should turn yellow.
   
   
   
   
8. Click the Backup icon again. The below window will populate. Click Save.
   
   
   
   
9. Click the Download button on the upper right to view the progress.
   
   
   
   
10. By default, all exported videos are saved to the below directory. This can be changed by going to Settings > Local > Download Config.
