Issue:
The automatic update function is not detecting a new software update or the unit does not have Internet access.
Resolution:
- Perform a backup.
- Click Setup > General Configuration > System Settings > Software Update > Show More Options.
- Click Select File.
- Browse to the executable provided by Support. Click Open.
- Click Install.
- The software will update and display the new version.
