Issue:
Arecont Vision cameras stop functioning as soon as they are added to Salient v5.3.0.71
Environment:
- Salient 5.3.0.71
- AV12276DN 65215
- AV20275DN 65215
Resolution:
- Contact Arecont Vision technical support for 65215.4
- Update to 65215.4.
- Factory default the camera via the web page.
- Set the initial password on the camera.
- Add the camera to Salient.
