Issue:
- The customer is unable to log in to WebServices using their previous credentials.
- The user Password needs to be changed.
- The customer is no longer with the company
Environment:
- ConteraWS
Note: A Channel partner must have access to the Web Services to edit the User account.
Procedure:
- Log onto the WebServices https://www.arecontvision-ws.com/login#
- In the Account menu, Select the Site you want to add or delete the User.
- Click on MANAGEMENT>User Management>Users
- Located the user that needs attention.
- Click the "Edit" button.
- Scroll down and Click on the "DELETE USER" button.
- Done.
Note: Continue to step 8 if the user needs to be re-added. - Click on the "User" button.
- Enter the information needed, then click on the "Add New User" button.
- The new User will receive an Account Invitation email which has to be Accepted.
- Once accepted you can use the email that was provided and the password you created to log into the WebServices https://www.arecontvision-ws.com/login#
