ConteraWS: How to verify ConteraWS (Web Service) is active.

Issue:

• Not able to log into the Contera WS 
• No Contera WS license has been purchase
• The Contera WS has not been registered

Environment:

ConteraVMS

Procedure:

1. On the front console, Click on the "Gear" icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. On the left side of the screen locate the sub-menu and click the "Contera WS" menu.
3. If your Contera WS Menu shows as the diagram below then-No Contera WS license has been purchase or the Contera WS has not been registered.
