Issue:
- Not able to log into the Contera WS
- No Contera WS license has been purchase
- The Contera WS has not been registered
Environment:
ConteraVMS
Procedure:
- On the front console, Click on the "Gear" icon located in the upper right corner of the screen.
- On the left side of the screen locate the sub-menu and click the "Contera WS" menu.
- If your Contera WS Menu shows as the diagram below then-No Contera WS license has been purchase or the Contera WS has not been registered.
- If you wish to purchase the Contera WS contact sale for more information avsales@arecontvision.com
