ConteraCMR | Spot Monitor Web Services setup

Propose:

The Spot Monitor for Windows enables spot monitor video functionality locally or remotely for recorders. You can use this utility to view video from specific camera channels over the network using Web Services account credentials. This software can run locally on any Windows web services recorder and connect remotely to any Linux web services recorder.

Environment:

• ConteraCMR recorder 
• Spot Monitor Web Services v(2.2.1.19)

Hardware: ConteraVMS: Spot Monitor Requirements

Procedure:

1. Install the Spot Monitor Web Services. 
2. Click on the short created after install is completed.
   
   
   
3. Enter the information of the Contera recorder you wish to connect to in the "Connection Setting" tab. Click "Save"
   Note: "Local Network" will need the front panel login
   
   
   
4. Click on the "Display 1" tab and a camera list from the recorder will be seen.
   
   
   
5. Click on the "Identify Monitors"
   
   
   
6. Click on "Add New"
7. Select "Grid" and choose Display. (Option: Singles/4/7/9/10/13/16)
8. Drag cameras into the Grid selected
9. Put a Check on "Enable display" then click "Save"
   
10. Your Display will start running
