Issue:
The local administrator has forgotten their admin password.
Resolution:
- The End User needs to log into the NVR locally using the following credentials:
- Username: resetpasswd
- Password: reset
- A challenge code will appear.
- Copy this and send it to ArecontVision Tech Support.
- Tech Support will provide a key which will reset the login to the below:
- Username: admin
- Password: 1234
