ConteraCMR: How to reset the admin password

Issue:

The local administrator has forgotten their admin password.

Resolution:

1. The End User needs to log into the NVR locally using the following credentials:
   • Username: resetpasswd
   • Password: reset
2. A challenge code will appear.
3. Copy this and send it to ArecontVision Tech Support.
4. Tech Support will provide a key which will reset the login to the below:
   
   • Username: admin
   • Password: 1234
