Bad Video Integration showing video distortion and pixelation in the image from the VMS Client.
Qognify does not always follow the Profile settings placed on the camera which can cause Video streaming issues. You will need to check for the following settings on the system and camera.
Make sure that the settings on the camera are set properly to your preference for GOP and Rate Limits:
